Do you think he, like Howdy Doody, is waiting for the puppeteer (uncle Dick) to tell him what to say or do.

Hee hee I love this, Yes Bush gets that dumb look every time, I keep expecting to hear him say, whata I do now, maw, whata I do now. And that canvis_sail (great avatar) is right, he's just a hand puppet for *uncle Dick* and that tells you where *uncle Dick* has his hand LOL

To the first question...yes he has the deer in the headlights look... as for the "Uncle Dick" being the puppeteer, I wouldn't say that. I'm not a George W fan... i think he is too much of a daddy's boy!

All politicians have speech writers.

That "deer in the headlights" look could mean that Uncle Dick is standing close by with a shotgun in his hands.

Oh man, are you going to get hammered for this. I think you've got it right, Bush is just a little hand puppet for "uncle Dick" and his crowd. I personaly don't think Bush has the brains to operate without external controls.

Bush has a hidden microphone and speaker implanted in his head. When asked a question, he hesitates while waiting for Dick Cheney to give him an answer.

The "Deer in the Headlights" is the classic Bush look. However sometimes it doesn't show so much. (Like when he's drunk)

The same reason Bill Clinton had those, I haven't slept in days bags under his eyes, or those too much alcohol in the blood veins on his nose, when he was asked by the grand jury, "Did you have sexual relations with that women"?

ha ha ha ha im apparently not the only one who noticed that! he has a moment of 'oh crap what do i do' right before someone talks into his little ear pieceand gives him the answer. he has a panic moment after every question that his earpiece will break and he will just have to wing it.

He's not really smart. All the speeches and stuff he says are all written by someone else.
