Does it have something to do wtih who saw your page last, or whose page you looked at last? Is it just random?

It really makes me think who has time to sit there and line up heaps of little ........ until it makes a picture!
I always thought it was an alphabetical thing, but it isnt really. I think its who you added last?
edit: I read everyone else's answers - I didn't even know the order changed, I should pay more attention.
