Yes. It's very easy. Simply convince this boy that all the cool kids are straight and homosexuality is an overrated fad, like 'emo' for example. If not, i'm sure that when he's immersed himself in a room with nothing but homosexuals, he'll quickly figure out there's nothing unique about it.

Girl, you're going to have to get some knowledge happening - you can't go through life continuing to be ignorant.
Work it out logically. Did you or any of your straight friends DECIDE to be straight?
No! And neither did I.
THEREFORE you can guarantee the gay guy didn't choose his sexual orientation either.
About the only thing I can equate gayness with (to a degree) is being left or right handed.
I am right-handed like most of the population - whoopee - lucky me - very few hassles.
I wouldn't be at all comfortable with doing many things with my left hand - I won't list them - I'm sure you can imagine.
Are you still with me.
I'd love to know when you think this young fella decided to be gay.
I hope you aren't saying these things in public, out loud.
[edit]
One of the comedians above suggested it was a sin and it was a choice.
I'm always a bit suss of them that doth protest too much - remember Ted Haggard? LOL

It is quite common for kids that age to explore their sexuality and experiment - including experimenting with friends of the same sex. That doesn't make them gay.
If this person is gay, accept him for what he is. Gay, straight, or whatever, he'll sort himself out soon enough - and he has to do it himself, nobody else can do it for him.
You can't turn a gay person straight - and if you try, you'll end up causing all kinds of harm. You might make him pretend that he's something he's not. Is that a result you would want?

Sorry no you can't turn a person straight if they are gay. He is only 15 though, so he shouldn't be having sex or anything like that anyway.

I was not aware of my orientation till I was 18 and met my future partner. I have never heard of a true, successful "gay" straighr conversion. I think this would mess with the person's mind too much.

Isn't that just like a woman!
Leave the poor kid alone!
You maybe could play with him and cause him to find out that certain stuff you do with him is pleasurable, but if he is predisposed to liking guys that's how he is, no matter what you do or say.
You need to back off him. He doesn't need you or anyone else messing with his sexuality at such an early age.
He will find out what he is on his own!

I'm sure most people don't mean to be rude or mean, they just get upset when they think about the people who have been hurt by these tactics. Please see the link below

Why would you want to do that? If he is gay, let him be gay. People have the right to be whoever they want to be. People like you are the reason that I am an Atheist.
