how do you race with a manual

well lets start with the "launch". you will want to put the clutch in and not release it. then set ur rpm's at about 2000-2500 and wait for someone or a redlight to start the race. as soon as the race starts release the clutch and the car will launch off the line. Do not have your rpm's any higher than 2000-2500 because your wheels will spin therfore causing you to loose. Once the race has started stay in first gear till your car gets close to redline then shift into second by stepping down on the clutch and leaving your foot on the gas petal floored. this will cause your second gear to "pull" really hard... keep repeating the prosses as long as needed or until the race is over.

You don't race with a manual..
You sit and read the manual, and when you've got it all figured out, Then you race and leave the Manual at home!

Same way as you drive a manual except shift at 7000 rpm

You use a short throw shifter and learn how to speed shift.
