Well, since the 13th was only three days ago I would say it's still a little too early. I didn't have a positive test until 3 and a half weeks later. As far as symptoms go, everyone is different. Some women claim to get symptoms very early and some never do. Blood work is more accurate than a home test but your HCG levels still might be too low to determine for sure. I believe every two days that go by your levels double if you are pregnant.
As much as you don't want to hear this only time will tell.

Like I've already said, twice now I think, 4 days after sex is still too early, even for a blood test. It will come up negative, but that doesn't mean you aren't pregnant. It can take a few days for the egg to even implant in your uterus them produce hormones to be tested for. You really need to wait at least 7-10 days after sex, even for a blood test, to be accurate. That will be around the time you are due for your period. It's highly unlikely you'd have any symptoms right now.

Its usually best to take a pregnancy test close to your due period date, If your stressed out and worrying about it a lot then that could cause you to start thinking more about the symptoms and make you think more about the fact that you might be pregnant. Just take a deep breath, its only a few more days.

It could be too early to tell right now. I know that I have taken a pregnancy test 3 day before my missed period and It came out positive. I have never had any blood work done before (2ND pregnancy) I am also sorry that people are unhappy @SS holes and don't understand that you don't have to answer the questions if you don't want to.

You are in the dreaded two week wait but I have to tell you there is no possible way to detect this yet. Watch some movies, start writing a book do anything to take your mind off it because until your period is late there is not going to be a way to tell. Patience! It can take sperm about three days on average to fertilise the egg and five to get to implantation stage. I would be very surprised if you picked it up already. Wait a few days.

I think it's too Early for a home pregnancy test but if you are having a blood test done, then that should tell you for sure.
The only symptoms you would have would be the cramping that is caused by the egg burrowing into the uterus wall.

HCG is measured in thousandths of International Units, or mIU. The most sensitive pregnancy tests can detect hCG levels at as low as 20 mIU. This level of hCG is present in the urine of pregnant women at about 8 days after conception - (though conception/implantation can actually take place several days after the last recorded intercourse). Test sensitivity equates with early-detection - and the lower the number, the sooner a test can detect pregnancy.
If pregnant, the amount of hCG in your system should be around 25 mIU at 10 dpo (days past ovulation), 50 mIU at 12 dpo, 100 mIU at around two weeks dpo. Blood tests can determine pregnancy as low as between 5 to 10 mIU/hCG, though with levels of 5 mIU, a conclusive determination cannot be made without risking a "false positive" as low levels hCG can be present in the body without pregnancy.
Three days post intercourse may not give you accurate results even with a blood test.

not all pregnant women experience early symptoms or even morning sickness. If you are preggers you might be feeling fatigued, have sore breasts, nausea, food cravings or aversions or extreme mood swings. My mouth always tasted like I was eating pennies. Its not too early to test with blood work but an urine test probably wouldn't show a positive result at this point...I can only say "maybe" with a first response or other high end brand. the blood test looks fo the HCG hormone. if you are preggers it will show up because your body starts producing it immediately.
