I just was watching a small praying mantis stalk the little bugs on a blackberry bush. Also, I've seen them wait at night time to catch moths by lights/

Other insects and even small birds and treefrogs.They are super carnivorous,and it is very common for the female to eat the head off of the male while they are mating.

The answer is other insects. Almost any other bugs but prefer the soft bodied ones like caterpillars.

Grasshoppers, cockroaches, other praying mantis. Anything it can catch really. Its a carnivore.
