Do you have children? If so, include them in your life.
No kids? Give yourself a week to cry, scream, moan and groan. Then, pick yourself up, dust yourself off and go on down the road. Easier said than done, but it can be done.
I had been married for 17 years when I had to move on. Although I took my son with me. He still was able to see and be with his dad, but once I decided it was over, it was over. It's just making sure you stick to it that is hard. Get a hobby, get a dog, move to a new place. It helped for me to move from our house and buy my own place that was just "my son and mine". I gave away all of our old furniture, my wedding dress, and packed up the photos and put them away. (They are my son's now.) The furniture and clothing donations were great for my income tax return too!

Change your lifestyle and what activities you do. Just by changing your activities, you'll likely meet some friends, possibly for a relationship, without having any emotional connections to the past.
I'm into physical things so try jogging, exercising, yoga, biking, climbing, any intersting sport or hobbies. Anything to disconnect memories.

Don't really think about dating seriously for a while. Just try to go places where you can make new friends. Take an art class, dance class etc.

10 years??!! hmm...quite too long.but well, the best way to move on is to divert your attention to other things..i know it ain't easy but hey!! there are still several people who loves you at all.. try to give them your attention, you'll see. forget the past, take it positively. =)
