I SERIOUSLY think Windows XP is better. DO you know how much bugs Vista has? A LOT. It is actually slower than XP in performance except multi-tasking by PC World Magazine.
Vista has a lot of major flaws such as performance issues, bugs, and security that no one would like at all. It is better to buy Vista after a service pack or two gets released. Well, the aero feature and the design of that operating may be attractive, but it is annoying, slow, and an operating system that you will most likely turn your back on.
If you want your XP system (if you have one) to look like Vista, that is a very good idea. Get the Vista Transformation Pack, and it will look like Vista but it is XP. I am not sure what the website is, search the program at Google.
Mac is okay, but the computers are too expensive.

I am a gamer, so I prefer XP operating system the best.
I don't like macs....not because there is anything wrong or bad with the machines...but every one that I know that use them tend to be Mac Fanatics and are worse than Jehovah Wittinesses knocking on your door wanting to convert you.

Vista is the best of them all. You just have to get used to the added security measures within the OS. Don't buy a MAC!

I have owned them all and the Mac is more stable than any of the rest. You get what you pay for. If you choose a PC go with Dell, the rest are bad JU-JU.
I personally prefer the Mac.

Well for wat? Mac is better at Movies, XP is good for games, Vista has a bunch of bugs and there are practically no games fot it. I say XP.
