i just got my period on sunday and i keep bleeding. when do i change my pad? and how do u put on a tampon. when do i have to change my tampon..... uh... know any good websites?

Okay, you'll know when you have to change your pad, but if your worried just change it once its almost full, not really full where its soggy and stinks, but not too dry that your wasting pads.

Change your tampon every 4-6 hours depending on your flow and the same goes for you pad.

change your pad when it becomes saturated in blood. There are diagrams inside boxes of tampons that explain how to put them in. How often you change them depend on how heavy your flow is, but normally you don't want to leave it in any longer than 8 hours.

On tampons just type in tampon aid or something similar

every two hrs it also depends on your flow if its heavy change it sooner

napkins or tampons should be changed no less than every two hours.
