Rockwell, something of a Michael Jackson soundalike, is the son of Barry Gordy, an executive at Motown Records and founder of the Gordy label.
Rockwell was signed to Motown records when he hit with Somebody's Watching Me... the song stayed at #2 for 3 weeks and was kept from reaching #1 by Kenny Loggins' "Footlose", and Phil Collins' "Take a Look at Me Now" - both songs from movie soundtracks.

It's called "Somebody's Watching Me" by Rockwell (who is also Berry Gordy's son). Michael Jackson sang the chorus on his song.

but Master P also has his own version of the song with the same title.
