it can be both... like if you feel guilty about something you did that hurt someone it's good but if like there was something that had to be done and then you did it and felt guilty well... thats not so good.

Guilt will run on your last nerve and that's bad.If you have something to be guilty about , you cant sleep, eat and eventually it will get the best of what's left in you. So guilt in my opin. can be good if you can sleep and not worry about that guilt but on the other hand if you have doubts it surely can be a bad thing.

It's bad. people use it to control others into doing what they want or getting what they want by making the other person feel bad about something. Not good at all. My ex-mother-in-law was a professional at it with her son. He'd do anything for that witch because she would guilt him into it!

I guess it could be a good thing, because it shows that if you do something bad, you consciously know and feel terrible about it. It can also be a bad thing because it will haunt you for a very long time. So, I guess it's both good and bad, it just depends on the way you look at it! Interesting question! *stars*

Guilt is a bad thing,don't do things that makes you uncomfortable or ashame.,You are putting down yourself in front of that person to disrespect you.
