There's two, and I can't remember which one came first. Probably this first one. This is what I remember happening, but who knows what actually was going on. I was walking in some sort of market, like a french market with my mom and some other family members. And a gypsy gave me an slice of orange. It had the white stuff all over it from the peel, and I didn't know what that was all over it. I considered that maybe taking food from a stranger wasn't the best idea, but I ate it anyway. I remember it being sooo delicious. Now, I'm sure that wasn't an actual gypsy but that's what i thought she was.
Eating a little pepperoni pizza at a table, with milk and ice. I was a weird kid. Who puts ice in milk? I remember there was lots of grease on the napkin and I was swinging my legs and I accidentally hit an orange cat with my feet. It wasn't my cat, I was at my mom's friend's house. I think the walls were pink, and there were white curtains. There was something blue about the table. I tend to remember colors more than anything.
Neat question!

Bananas in custard. Not banana custard, but real bananas sliced into warm custard.
Was away from Mum while she had baby number 9. Dad was working full time, and the younger kids were being looked after for a few days by Nuns. And they served bananas in custard for desert. Was about 4 or 5 at the time. To this day I hate bananas in custard.

I was about 3. My dad asked me if I wanted a salad. I said yes so he gave me a salad. I started crying and told him I didn't want any tomatoes. So he took them off. Then I cried and said I didn't want any carrots. So he took them off. This proceeded with the rest of the salad ingredients until all I had left was an empty bowl! So then I started crying "I WANT A SALAD!" Was I a brat or what?? But I love that story ;o)

I had to think about this one for a while, I was 6 and my bike was stolen while we were eating dinner. Probably not exactly what you were looking for, but it's related to food I guess.

Having my Mom tell me to take it easy on the salt because we had run out. When I finally did use some the lid came off and the shaker emptied onto my plate.
