No, Delta and Moen are completely different. Delta and Peerless are interchangeable for what it is worth.

The single Moen has a cartridge in it that you will need to replace. The Delta has a stainless steel ball inside of it. You may be able to get this Moen cartridge at a Home Depot. If not there then find a plumbing supply store.

I put a set of Moen handles on a two handle 'Delta faucet one time.
But in your case, with the single lever, they are not interchangeable.
Most of the time, the Moen requires a cartridge puller.
The cartridge puller is available in places like Home Depot now.
If it's a plastic cartridge in your Moen, it's probably lifetime warranty, but you may have to take it to a wholesale house to exchange it.
If it's a brass cartridge, they are around 20 bucks.

In all my years of plumbing I have never seen any parts between the plumbing companies interchangeable. They do this to keep the plumbers on their toes and, going crazy.
This way they have to buy new expensive tools every year to fit these parts they think about.
