Nope. You have to learn that software cannot make your computer faster. Some built-in windows apps that will clean up the hard drive may speed it up a bit.
Your behavior will make it faster. The things you download and run will slow it down. You have to be smart. Don't download random **** and leave it there.
Hardware will make it faster. But you do have to know a bit about hardware to actually install anything.

Keep all of the garbage cleaned off your computer with System Tools, Disk Cleanup
Click on your Internet Browser and then tools at the top and then Internet Options and delete all the cookies and Internet Buildup that will help you a ton.
