well in like 5th grade we made rocks out of graham crackers, peanut butter and cocoa puffs. but i think i heard of a rock that is edible. but idk

Well with Internet access in the wilderness you could order some takeout.
Some minerals are edible like halite but that's salt so too much would kill you. Try sticking to plants. You can google them to see if they are poisonous.
