My husband is in navy he had to move back and get things situated for me and our little girl to move to mississippi in a couple of weeks but I am havign a hard time with the distance I keep thinking that I he might cheat on me or somethign what shoudl I do Imena he has never given me any reason to think that but I guess I just have low self esteem?

This advice came from my very own therapist from years ago. I never forgot it. Always trust unless he gives you reason not to. It is hard to be without him and I think the reason you are feeling this way is because of all the things you hear anymore about people cheating. But all people do not cheat....trust your husband. Good luck to you...it is understandable being such a long distance might make you wonder, but just replace those thoughts with positive ones. Hope this helps.

It is my understanding that these feelings are very common in military spouses. First, you have to trust your husband -- don't let the distance be a problem. This is difficult when he is so far away.
In the military, there should be a whole support group of other Navy wives that you can communicate with. Talk to them about these issues. Let them tell you that they have the same feelings -- you are not bad for having the feelings, but it doesn't mean he is cheating.
And tell your husband Thank You -- I appreciate everything that the military does to protect us.

Yes, you do, so don't\blame it on him. Find out WHY you feel that way about yourself.
You keep it up, and you will surely drive him right into the arms of someone who has GOOD self-esteem!
