Are/were you always nervous about the first day of school?

I'm usually nervous...I cry like the night before every year because I'm so nervous...Weird I know..Even when I'm going to the same school...What about you?

OMGosh yes! I don't know why but I am kinda embarrassed admitting this but I have actually been diagnosed with Social Anxiety. I love talking to people but usually I am so nervous that it is super hard talking to anyone and yes I am like you! I don't cry but I am so nervous and frantic while getting ready 4 school the first few days that I can't do anything but feel anxious. So yea I am also definitely nervous! I am not starting school for another three weeks and I feel nervous thinking about it... even right now. But I am sure the both of us will do great! Hope this helps =)

I am nervous too. I'm gonna be a Junior at my high school,and it's gonna be my second year at that school. I am in a different city, county, house, and way of living. So, I am really nervous about how I'll cope in school. Also, I have to pick up on my A.P courses. I feel overwhelmed. All my friends are taking 3+ A.P courses and I am taking A.P American History only so it's intiminating to be around most of my friends when their talking about college courses constantly. I also worry about if my teachers will like me. I know that's kinda pathetic but I can't help it soo I guess I'll just have to get over the nervousness eventually.....

I usually can't sleep very well for a week before school starts again. It makes me so happy to know that I'm going back to somewhere with nice people. When I'm not at school, I hardly talk to anyone in real life. I think it's been almost two months since I've really talked to anyone offline, actually.

So I know that no matter what happens at school, what horrible assignments I get, or what kind of reputation I'll be stuck with this year, it'll be better than wasting my time here.

I can't say that I ever cried the day before, however I did always get quite nervous for some reason. However, that really only lasted through junior high. I did get nervous again when I started college, I had taken four years off between HS and college and it made me very anxious.

No, I'm always excited the night before, and trying to get some sleep since I'm usually on my Summer schedule for sleeping which is staying up late and waking up in the afternoon.

I usually feel nervous when I arrive at school, because I'm wondering who is going to be in my class.

Yes I was always very nervous! I recently started a new job and told my husband the night before that it felt like the first day of school all over again - lol.

Nah, I get excited! But then I get scared because when I arrive in school from the bus, I don't know if I'll be able to find my friends or if I'll be standing alone. I'm making it a point to call my friends and tell them that we should all stand in one spot when we get off the bus so that we can meet each other and not be standing alone waiting for the bell to ring!

Why nervous? I'm so excited, I'm going to be entering my Sopohmore year in college and I'm getting an APARTMENT in the North end section of Boston, aka Little italy, which OFFERS THE BEST ITALIAN FOOD and BOYS... YUMMMM! I'm soo pumpedddddddddddddddd

well everytime i go to a new school, i tend to get nervous, but not if im going to the same school because i already know the people there and know the rules, but its different when you go to a new school because you dont know the people or rules there.

I'm going to go to my very first day of school in September. I'll be a high school sophomore. (I've been home schooled).
