No, I do not think that is true. In the past week, there have been over 100 questions asked in Polls and Surveys that mentioned "Judas Rabbi". I like Judas Rabbi, but I do not think that Judas Rabbi has that type of power. While I think that Judas Rabbi deserves respect, I think that people in Polls & Surveys ought to be allowed to ask quesions that mention Judas Rabbi. And while I do not want to speak for Judas Rabbi, I think that Judas Rabbi would agree with me regarding your queston about questions that mention Judas Rabbi.

This happens when the question addresses a particular user.
The same holds true if a question is specific to any given user. A friend asked the other day for the whereabouts of a couple of her contacts and her questions were also deleted.
