Set or Seth was the Chaos God to the ancient Egyptians, along with the crocodile-headed Sobek. Neither were a devil though, but necessary for the balance of the universe.
Eris is the Goddess of strife to the Greeks.
Vlad the impaler was Dracula, the son of Dracule.

It depends what part of the world the comic describes. From catholicism there are ones like Beezulbub and Lucifer. From Japan there are the Oni, whom are symbolised as good sometimes and evil others. There is Anansi The Spider, the African god of stories and tricks but you really cant call him a devil. I bet if you described him a bit we (this community) could probably think of a "devil" to match yours.

^Vlad or Vladimir, he was a devil in his own right, he would kill and impale his enemies on pikes for all to see. The Dracula legend was derived from him, he was know as Vlad the impaler.
