If you want to be a criminal and you’re absolutely set on this as a life choice then my best advice is to get yourself a law degree and seek a career in politics. You will be harder to investigate and have more resources as well as many colleagues with vast experience to advise and mentor you. All other criminals are really amateurs in comparison. In many cases you can steal money without even breaking the law and when you are done with your long career of taking advantage of your fellow man they will name a school or highway after you.

Gross Stupidity!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I installed a film camera on an ATM in 1980 on a Friday. The target made a deposit (stolen Travelers Checks) over the weekend. I picked up the film Monday morning. I had to wait while it was developed so I was able to see the whole sequence of pictures. At one point while he was waiting for a screen change he noticed the camera lens and moved closer giving us a 1/4 head shot. ( that's the best as you get nose shape and get a shot of one ear). the moron got even closer in the next shot.
When the FBI came to pick up the prints I thought the agent was going to throw up he was laughing so hard.

Then there was the 3 guys that tried to blow an ATM in a modular bank building. They used so much C4 that when the 1st cop showed after the explosion (20 minutes, it was not in the city) 2 were still unconscious and one was wandering around the parking lot bleeding from every orifice. (eyes, ears, nose, mouth) The building was GONE except for the corner that had the vault, nite drop and ATM. They were not open or damaged much.

My ATF was the guy that hooked up a 3500lb Drive Up ATM to his P/U truck and drug it to his house. They cops followed the drag marks in the road.

You go ahead and try something, anything. See if you get away with it.....or end up in the "Don't drop the soap zone".

I met an FBI Agent that put a shredded FAX back together like a jig saw puzzle. His boss told me the US Attorneys Office took him out for a real nice dinner as an "Atta Boy".

The average bank robbery take in 1979 was $1200.00 and the FBI was only catching 3 out of 10 within 30 days. In 2000 it was up to $2500.00 and they were catching 7 in 10 before 30 days.

a good error to avoid in crime is getting caught and leaving things behind. Wear gloves at all times. When commiting crimes makesure not to wear a black knit hat and black and white striped shirt.

Intentionally breaking the law. This error should be avoided at all times. If you do not break the law, you have no chance of getting caught.
