Trust takes time. You build trust like you build a solid house. Quality materials - quality people - no lies no matter how much I might not want to hear it but at the same time I know that you are not trying to bomb me, just inform me. I see you can take responsibility for who you are and what you do. I see how you act and react with others. I see that you aren't just following ohters because they're "in" but you have your own path and are true to it. I see you have respect for others who are dependable and minimise time with "flakes."
