Are you out of your freakin mind? It's called sex reassignment surgery, and you don't grow one. They make you one out of your own equipment, and you have to inflate it to have sex.
Anabolic steroids can cause an enlarged clitoris, but it is not a penis.
Or you can get a strap on.

Try thanking God for the vagina that you have. More men are trying to buy vaginas than women wanting to grow penises. The grass is always greener on the other side. Being curious is natural, but do not abandon what you naturally have.
A penis is just a penis. With a vagina, you can get all the penises you want.

This question takes the cake. Women cannot grow penises. If you know one who says she has, I'd be very suspicious of (him/her.) There are instances where doctors have made some sort of a penis where the patient has gone through gender reassignment, but a woman cannot grow it naturally.

Some girls aren't actually girls, they are boys and don't know it.
There testes never dropped before they were born and so it was assumed that he is a she.
