Am I really broadcasted to the world? My mind's either malfunctioning, or adapting to a reality that I'm not sure is real.
Do you hear/feel/receive my mind? Can everybody do that right now?
Or, am I just deluded with megalomaniacal thoughts?

Its called depersonalization disorder, a detachment from one’s sense of self and surroundings, leading to the belief that nothing is real, including yourself.
Either that, or your just plain nuts, like me.
