you should have some type of # that you use in your country. other than that--- sry guess your out of luck then.

Don't use paypal you can pay other ways or ask a friend with a SS number to pay for you then you pay them back. People in other countries don't have them and they must let them have accounts maybe you could tell them where you are from and set up an account from your home country. If you are American apply for a number.
