You shouldn't be worried about losing weight at 12 unless you're extremely overweight. If that's the case, just cut out the junk food and spend more time outside playing sports, riding your bike, swimming, walking/jogging, things like that. Stay away from fast food, soda, fruit juices (they are loaded with sugar), cupcakes, potato chips, etc. Drink more water and eat healthier snacks. And by the way, losing weight fast isn't very healthy. Losing a pound or two a week is safe.

Hey how about we take your question down to reality. In this answer I'm all about solid proven facts. For one diets such as Slim fast and medication can have serious effects on your body, Losing wheight to quick can be unhealthy for your body and not keep it off in the long term. Slow and steady is the best bet.

Remember that you have to exercise at least 20 minutes a day. Whenever you feel like having a fatty snack, get a fruit instead. Also there's this thing that Hilary Duff did, which is whenever you eat bread, don't eat desert, and whenever you're going to eat desert, don't eat bread. Good Luck!

cut calories to about 1800 and excersise 3-4 times a weeks....yeah, anorexia would be the fastest but the minute you eat again you will gain it all back, so obviously it isn't a good choice...and plus it hurts your body big time...all you need to do is cut calories and excersise- it really is the healthiest and best way to lose the weight....good luck=)

forget about it your only 12 how overweight can you be! If you are that heavy talk to your mom about going to the Dr for a check up & starting weight watchers.
No need to be skeletal guys don't really like to hold a bag of bones

PLEASE dont do that to yourself...your only 12 and loosing weight is not what u should do.Just stay in shape and DONT become anorexic unless u really want to be 50 pounds at age 12

if you do NEED to lose weight, excerise is THE best way! just work out at a sport or something every day and soon you will be feeling GREAT, not to mention looking it too..! good luck!

just eat healthy foods that you like, and get moderate exercise.
before you start to exercise, check with your doctor to see that you're perfectly healthy, and to see if or how much weight you actually need to lose.
