Vaseline, and apply it VERY gently, vet in the morning, and that's a MUST. No milk either! Milk intensified the runs and milk also contributes to fevers. Water only, don't push food either tonight, more paid for her. Vet, bright and early in the morning. There should be an after hours phone number on the answering machine since they're closed now, emergency number.

You mean to say that your kitten has diarrhea? If she does and she has has a few runny stools, you should be sure to get her to the vet as soon as possible (although an emergency room visit would not be necessary), and be absolutely certain to keep her hydrated. If she isn't drinking water on her own, give it to her with a little dropper, a spoon, or with your fingers. She's tiny so she can get dehydrated VERY easily, and dehydration can mean death for a baby.

If you mean that her "butt" or anus is raw from having diarrhea, you can put a little bit of Neosporin on the area to help with the stinging. If you don't have Neosporin, a tiny bit of Vaseline would help. These are both perfectly okay things to put onto your pet in SMALL amounts. You only want to put a small amount on her because she can lick it off, thus ingesting it, and more than a tiny bit can make her very sick. If you have a wipe, like one you would use for a "sore butt" after having diarrhea, use one of those on her; if you don't, use a damp paper towel or tissue.

You can put on an ointment like Neosporin to cut out possibility of infection, or aloe vera juice. Also, there's some OTC spray for first aid for children (I can't recall the name) that has an anesthetic in it...Really helpful to cut the pain & I don't think it'll hurt the little kitty.

First I will say take her to the vet.
Second try to put some anti bactrial ointment on it. Like triple antibotic cream.
Third Just keep a close eye on her and please try to get her checked. I lost a kitten that had the same symptoms

She might have worms or something. Get her to the vet. In the meantime use cornstarch and keep powdering her butt.
