Sounds like you're going with the Egyptian there - so what about Set, Horus, Hathor, Bast (though that is a cat god),Nut, Geb, Thoth, Sekmet , Osiris.

Sekmet and Nut are female

Female: Sehkmet, Nut (pronounced noot), Innana, Artemis, Demeter, Persephone, Medusa, Sybil, Delphi, Brighid, Freya, Boudicea (pronounced Boodika), Erishkegal, Geshtinnana, Rhiannon, Yemaya, Hecate, Demeter, Kali, Lakshmi, Sarasvati, Shakti, Epona, Branwyn

Male: Zeus, Jupiter, Apollo, Hercules, Hephaestus, Vulcan, Posideon, Osiris, Horus, Thor, Cernunnos, Belenos, Herne, Dummuzi, Krishna, Shiva, Vishnu, Brahma, Ganesha, Bran, Llyr

I once had a kitten named Persephone because I found her abandoned in the woods at Halloween time. I called her Percy for short. I also had a black male cat that I named "Lucifer" for the ancient god of light (that wound up being associated with Satan by the Christians). I called him "Lucy" for short. :) Now, I have a snake named Apollo because the Priestesses of Apollo were snake handlers. You can find all kinds of creative names in different pantheons. Have fun, and I hope these help!

Just look to the planets and you'll have Mars, Venus, Jupiter, Neptune and others, or go to Asian cultures and get Vishnu and Mazda. Then you have variations of gods' names, like Ares (Mars), Aphrodite, Zeus, and Mercury.
But then again you could go the other way, and get Thor, Odin, Loki, followed by the extreme, such as Devil, Satan, Lucifer. Hope that helps!

While I feel there is only one true holy righteous GOD, people can and do make Gods out of many things, including their animals, money, spouses, jobs, ambitions and children just to name a few. So, why not just give the pups a human name since some of us tend to treat our pets as humans. I like SPOT or SALLY as names for pets, but if you want a biblical name, try RUTH or DEBORAH for a girl and ISIAH, JOB or ISMAIL for a boy!
