i might propose the Raleigh section, I moved right here 2.5 years in the past from Wisconsin. There are countless up and coming factors (Apex, Cary, Durham - is going by revitalization, Morrisville, Wake wooded area, Chapel Hill - for great faculties). Rents will look a lot below the NE. the section has considerable employment and a ton to do. merely 2.5 hours to the two the sea coast or the mountains. at present it became 60 stages! remember Raleigh is one in all of the "maximum well liked genuine supplies markets" interior the U. S. correct now, so whether in different factors of the U. S. that's a purchaser's industry, it is not a lot in this section.

The only city I've liked a lot so far is Asheville.
As for a smaller college town, Boone seems interesting, and Chapel Hill would be fun. I don't know about the coast, but I'd like to visit.
