I don't see any PA dates on either of their tour schedules, but keep checking rickspringfield.com and eddiemoney.com.

RadTech is correct, there is nothing on the tour schedule at this time. I don't know what part of Pennsylvania you're from, but if you're up for a little road trip, Rick Springfield will be playing in Westbury, New York (with Eddie Money) on August 8th, and in Englewood, NJ at the Bergen Performing Arts Ctr on August 9th. Those seem to be the two closest dates to you as of now.
