Yes. It sucks, but you get over it after a while. Just gotta do your time and not let your time do you.

Yeah, I was 17, it was a couple of days. I hated it (of course) cause I had to give up my undergarments and put on some nasty scrub-type things and some size 10 flip-flops (I am a 5 1/2-6), I didn't eat the food, reminded me of that stuff they serve in school cafeterias. It was a learning experience, I talked to the women there and learned how they got there and that motivated me not to go back. It was kinda sad really, but it opens your eyes.

Yes unfortunately when i was 21 yrs old, took the rap for driving drunk even though it was my ex bf...stupid...spent the night and i hope to never go back...i felt worthless...i have an friend of a friend who just got out of the county pokey...the only thing that came out of the 3 mths was there... she went from a size 18 to a 10...not a good way to lose weight

Yes. I served a week. It was bad. I had to do a strip search in front of the big butch lady cop. Very humiliating. I was so scared . the girls in my cell were nice. i knew them all. it was a very small jail. i had to shower in front of them. uuugh. never again.

yes. 1 night for something I didn't do. It was HELL. You may as well say GOODBYE to life. & you're no longer human in jail. They feed you 2 small meals a day & try to starve you. They treat you like a dog basically.

I work with juveniles, but i have never been to jail and won't. I have too many goals to accomplish in life.

not proud of it.. but yes, when i was 16 i got into some trouble(dont know if juvie counts?). wasnt to bad... i was scared at first but then you get used to it but id rather be free tho any day lol

Yes,it was boring. I read and slept alot and wrote letters to occupy my time.
