I live in Sacramento,Ca and I am trying to locate Ivy for my lattice fence. I don't really have the time to wait for it to grow and I am very impatient.

Unless you know someone who is removing theirs, you're out of luck... What's wrong with planting small plants and letting them do their thing... Gardening can be very rewarding and relaxing to watch the fruit of your labors grow and thrive. Just chill and plant!!
