NEVER! It is never too late for pancakes! I love pancakes! I like pancakes with sausage too, i like the way it tastes with the "leftover" crumby pancake and syrup.

Of course not. Why do you think Huddle House, and Waffle House are open 24 hours a day? Though it is mostly breakfast food. Heck, I crave breakfast foods late at night, at times, mainly because I do not eat breakfast.

i think the only wrong time to eat pancakes is when you're brushing your teeth to get the pancakes out of them.

no way! I sure some of my friends got bored and hungry at 3 am in the morning and fried up some delicious golden brown flapjacks with a knob of butter with a heavy drizzling of good old aunt jemima maple syrup
