Breakfast - Pancakes [with syrup of course...lol] and orange Juice
Lunch -A good steak and cheese sub on wheat bread with oil vinegar, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and a Coca-Cola to drink
Dinner - A nice 10-16 ounce bourbon steak well done with cole slaw or potatoes and either red wine or a good beer to drink it with.
