Thinking of something around the house,nail polish remover might work for you.In the body shop we use lacquer thinner.

Try paint thinner carefully. Use a Q-tip to apply.

lacquer thinner medium dry dont apply to much or it will burn the paint
wipe off lacquer with wet cloth right after and you need to polish that area after

acetone MEK will work
