should I get it checked? when I turn my head/neck lots of pain

fell out of my hospital bed. not sure how high the bed is. This happened last night. Tried ice and heat, no relief.

I have a hospital bed in my apartment. I am not in the hospital. This accident happened at home during the night.

The lump is on the bone at the top of the neck .

Rest for a day, put a warm cloth on it and take a warm shower. If it still hurts tomorrow and the lump is still there, go see the doctor to get it checked.

Didn't give enough info. How old are you? How far did you fall? When did this happen? Where is this big lump on your neck? Did you try ice?

What type of lump and where? If it doesn't go away tomorrow I'd go to urgent care.
