So far one cold day they settled in the insulation of the hood to our car and ate the insulation along with battery wires in the car. This was a nightmare requiring us to tow our car back to the dealer to get it fixed. They are a menace. And today they ate fake flowers and plants in our front yard.

Any items besides household items? I know that they sell Squirrel Off in home improvement stores. Squirrel Off is a combination of chemicals with 1% of it garlic, black pepper, and eggs to make a smell extremely repellent.

Try citronella oil as I know it works on tom cats, all you have to do is pour abit on the house stump or near where they are doing harm. I pour it on all four corners of my house to keep the tom cats away. If it rains, then you need to apply it again.

Nah, use a .22 it leaves more meat. Shake n bake squirrel is really good.
