We have two angel fish and we have had them for about 9 months. The tank is usually clear but today it has white fuzz ( doesnt look like ick ) there is nothing white on the fish. But one of the fish is going crazy , hitting itself on the tank wanting to get out. What kind of backteria could this be? It looks like ( mold ) in a way, not sure please help if ya can, Thanks!

This sounds like a water quality issue. If you haven't added any new fish, then there is not much of a reason for a disease or bacteria to just pop up unless something isn't right. Test ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate. If those are all at zero, then you know that it is something more serious.
