NBA with their new rules can now sign 15 players for the start of a Regular Season. Unlike before where they'll sign only 12 players and they can only sign other players if one or more from their regular 12 players is/are injured or put in the disabled list.

13 for playoffs....those 13 doesn't change one bit in the playoffs...no one can be taken out or brought in
but i think you can have upto 17 players but 12 must be on the active roster...the other can be on the inactive list since they got rid of the Injured List ...IL
