I'm trying to find a company that have listings of properties they wholesale to investors with little or no work in the chicagoland area.

Christopher N gave you the best answer. As investors, we frequently end up with far more "fixer uppers" than we can realistically handle. I'll gladly wholesale 'em to a buyer who wants them, let them make the "lion's share" of the profits and I get $3k - $10k and move on. Just be sure to have your financing in place beforehand. If you can't close in 10-15 days, you're gonna have a tough time.

Call the bandit signs...you know the ones that are on street corners that say "I buy houses". Some of them will be wholesalers. Also check with the Chicago Real Estate Investor's group...their link is below.
