I have no problems at all what so ever with spicy foods. I crave them. I eat Japs and have nothing wrong. The worst that can happen is it makes you throw up. Others may get heart burn or acid reflux. I was prepared for this when I ate my spices again, but forun nothing bothered me. I figure hey... If I can get that prenatal vitamine down I can eat some good ol japs. As always, ask your doctor first. You may have a reason not to such as ulcer or lacerations.

Depends on the type of pregnancy you are having. If regular non spicy food gives you heartburn then you will want to keep away from it. If not go for it, just keeping milk or yogurt handy just in case. They soothe the burn.

Yes, why not? But check with your doctor just to be safe.

No problem except for the heartburn. :)
Keep the Zantac/Mylanta/Tums/Prevacid handy, and go for it.
