I don't want a breast reduction surgery because I can't afford it. I will be starting Weight Watchers next week, but it becomes difficult to do running/jogging without the weight of my breasts hurting my back.

Are there any focus exercises to reduce my breast size naturally?

(I am 44 DD last I checked...had a Victoria's Secret employee measure me)

The answer is to focus on your upper body. Try lifting weights above your head. Also, crunches help the most. It all depends on how much you weigh and how much body weight you're able and willing to lose...everybody's different.

For me, I lost close to 35 pounds and at my 30 lb mark, I noticed I had lost a cup size.

Like I said, it depends on how much you're able or willing to lose.

Exercise To Lose Breast Size

There is a big difference between a 44DD and, say, a 34DD. Assuming that the employee DID measure you correctly and you are a 44, then you are probably pretty big everywhere overall. If that is the case, then you do not want breast surgery anyway, you just need to lose a lot of weight and the breasts will go down in size naturally.

If however the employee didn't measure you correctly (for example, you are a size 34DD), and the rest of your body size is basically average, then there really is no way to reduce the size of your chest. If you are an average height/weight and your breasts are not proportionate to your body, then you will need to have reduction surgery. If your breasts are causing back pain, there are some insurance companies that will pay for the procedure. Good luck.

Breast reduction can be covered by insurance, have you checked that route?

Depending on how much fatty tissue versus dense breast tissue in your breasts will indicate if you will lose there while losing weight or not. If its more dense, you won't lose in the breast. If its more fatty tissue, you may lose in the breast.

I had more dense tissue and so I didn't lose ANY in the breast when I exercised and lost weight.

I would also go to another store other than VS, they have a tendency to size larger breasted women wrong (speaking from experience and many other reviews from women who have gotten sized there). Try Sears or Nordstroms or JCPenney.

Your already on your way. When you lose weight you will also lose Breastsize. Walking is good exersise for you now until you lose enough weight to start jogging and running ect. work slowly and you will have good results. you may have to do some firming exercises as you loose weight in your breast area. Bust exersises have been known to actually increase breast size as they build the pectoral muscles underneath the breast tissue and push the breasts outward . Your toning but also building muscle under the breast. If you lose weight like your on the road to doing that should work for you because breast tissue is full of fat tissue. As I said before your on the right track already. Good Health to you!

Walk until you can start jogging.

Lifting weights helps you loose weight, too.

most doctors won't do breast reduction if you're over weight because HELLO, the reason your breasts are big is because you're over weight! Diet and exercise it's no secret!
