how come no good music come out anymore?

seems the radio is a bunch of fluff now, y'know? I remember when musicians actually played music.
It makes you realize, we only ever gonna have one Elvis, and Bruce Springsteen, y'know?

And for the older folks- I like some of the old punk rock ( specially Jerseys MISFITS-and some of the New York bands, they had the talent), but this younger generation what they call punk is a bunch of whiney babies, and the ELMO music, whats that. Was the old batch of punk that bad?

don't forget the greats SHANANA, I love that show...my uncle looks like Bowzer, I love that guy.

I know what you mean. However, I have to tell you that the band Good Charlotte is punk, and deep. Definitely not whiny. Judging by your taste, I'd say you would like their cds, The Chronicles of Life and Death best. Search them for free at projectplaylist.com.

~Yah, I think they're awesome. Of course, I'm a teenager, but I like to think I have good taste. I know and like all the bands you mentioned. Good Charlotte's other cds are called "Good Charlotte", "The Young and the Hopeless" and "Good Morning Revival". I'm not sure you'll like Good Morning Revival, but definietly list to the Chronicles album!

Please stay calm, people your age can have heart problems, so turn down your turntable and listen. There is great music out there but your classic rock station only plays them after your bedtime mostly. Spin the radio knob until you find something new, then listen. That cool old hard-core punk is now called EMO not elmo. Try to be open minded and listen to people you are still alive, unlike Elvis & Bruce (no one told him he is dead yet) shhhhhhhhh
