Darl you poor thing. I would suggest warm Milo or Hot Milk. Then lay on your side with a pillow between your legs maybe with a hot pack on your back. It sucks at this time, good luck mate

Wow, been there! With our last pregnancy, sleeping in a recliner helped support everything and I could breathe a little better and sleep for small stretches. When I didn't have a great night's sleep, going to the pool or taking a big floaty bath would help me at least relax a little. If this is your 1st pregnancy, the baby should drop sometime this month and you will have a little more breathing room, although that is also uncomfortable for other reasons and doesn't help sleeping any. If you are not sleeping AT ALL your doc might prescribe a sleep aid. I don't love taking meds during pregnancy, but that is a choice you will have to make I guess.
My first son was born Aug. 9. What is your edd? It sux being preg in summer, no? Good luck!

do you have a relciner or rocker? try sleeping in a semi-upright position, it will make it easier to breathe. Keep a fan on you all night, air circulation will help you feel less breathless. It will get better soon, the baby will drop before delivery and free up your lungs some. Good luck

Hang in there!! Almost done!! I have two of my own so the only relief I found was sleeping in a recliner. It kept me from laying flat and compessing my lungs. It worked until they were born. Then I could rest alittle easier.
