That's kind of an odd way of putting it, normally it would be called A9, D9, etc.
If the strings went from low E to high E, the numbers represent where the sting is fretted, 0 is an open string, x is when a string isn't used.

There would be other ways to finger these chords, 9th chords often include the 7th, but I'm not sure if you would want the 7th flatted (dominant) or major, so I left the 7th out of these chords.
