How old is she? If she is 7 the shoes would be different then if she was 18...or 32.

Why don't you just take her to the store and let her pick one?
If it's a gift then I'd ask some other girls her age. they might be of some help.

i'd go with some flats. you can have fun with the color... even a red, since the outfit's so dark. just play it up with some matching bright accessories as well.
