I usually have a 3-4 day period but this last one was barely 2 days. Just wondering if that affects when i will ovulate this month.

Nope - absoluletly no correlation. What matters is if and when you ovulate. That can change between cycles. What doesn't change is the time between ovulation and when you start your period.

the lenght of your total cycle, form the start of one period to the next, can affect the ovualtion date. A 28 day cycle typically ovualtes on day 14, a 30 day cycle on day 15-16, a 34 day on day 18 or so. Use a basal thermometer to track your temp and find out when you are ovulating. Good luck!
