Some people don't like to star every and any question. I don't know why that is but people have there own reasons for doing the things that they do.

After thinking about this a lot, I have come to the conclusion that people do not give stars because it slows them down too much. When I do not give stars, I can answer quite a few more questions in one hour than when I stop to give out stars.

I normally give them out if I think the Q is interesting but sometimes I give them away for fun!

well we get 100 and when they are gone they are gone I star a lot it is fun and we do like to get and give too I do
