Pick a healthy well-balanced choice. It will make you feel better for the rest of the afternoon. Stay away from fatty foods, as they will slow you down. Make sure you have some vegetables and fruits mixed in. You will be much better off and can keep your taste in balance with your image that way.

Pork Roll (Taylored Ham or Canadian Bacon) Egg and Cheese on a kaiser roll or plain croissant, salt, pepper, ketchup. Hash Brown on the side.

I would have some couscous with fried mushrooms and fresh parsley.
Or if I was feeling dirty, a curry pot noodle with Reggae Reggae sauce. :P
