ok i'm asking this for my older sister cause she doesn't have an account.

but she said that she had a late period but when she got it, it was normal and then she got it exactly on time the next month and it was normal, and then she got it the next month on time as well. so is it safe to say shes not pregnant? i told her its pretty safe to say she isn't. she believes it was late the in the first place was due to stress.

It sounds like she is not pregnant as she has had her period. The late period might have been late because she was worrying about being pregnant and getting stressed, this can make periods later. If she is really worried get her to do a pregnancy test!

Stress is a large factor in having a late period.
Although, birth control would help with not having to worry :]
But, with a normal period three months in a row, shes not pregnant.

If she were pregnant it is likely that she would have experienced some other symptoms by now and I'd say its pretty safe to be sure she is not pregnant but to be absolutely sure she might want to take a pregnancy test.

She may have has a miscarriage that first month and that's why her period was late, but it's too late too tell now. She's not pregnant, and should use birth control if she wants to remain that way.

You do not have a period when pregnant. Although abnormal pregnancy in bleeding does occur, I would say it would be horribly rare for her to be pregnant.
Pregnancy - a growing fetus sends a signal to the body to protect the growing child.....hcg hormone is given which stops the period.
If she were pregnant and bleeding I would suggest seeing a physician asap.
Hope this helps.

She is more than likely not pregnant after all those periods she has had. If she has any doubts she can ask her physician if they can take a blood test to check for the pregnancy hormone HcG.

If she is not normally late then maybe she should go to the doctor, it could be something else, stress, an illness, or anything. Get checked.

She is not pregnant! Tell her to use birth control. If she thinks she is pregnat again, please just buy a pregnacy test! They are quick and easy and if she is having sex she should be able to go to the store and buy one, and if people would just take them they wouldn't have to worry.
