I haven't gotten a speeding ticket in two years but I just got tagged for one in a speed zone (camera)
what now, other then the ticket in the mail? does the time frame effect how many points will be taken off or does it soley rely on how fast i was over the posted limit?

The points are lost after 3 years you will add to your demerits and if you are in a higher speed category the points are more ~~

Both. You loose points for moving violations in a certain time frame. You will have to check with your state to find out what the time frame is.

yea, my friend almost got his license yanked, he went to court for doing 120 in a 60 mph on the highway, went to court for that, and right after his court hearing he got pulled over again...for doing 140 in a 60. he has to go to court again, and now anything he does can get his license yanked.
